Comprehensive Job Readiness Training: Participants receive the essential training to succeed in their job search and in the workplace, guided by NLEN staff.

Work-Based Learning: Participants are paired with paid work-based learning experiences, which complement the skills they learn in our classrooms, and build each participant's professional networks.

Mentorship: Professional mentorship and coaching to support each participants career path and professional goals!

Wraparound Services: We commit to our participants' success with connections to essential wraparound supports, including housing support, childcare assistance programs, and nutrition support programs!
