RealBenefits is an innovative program that helps community based organizations and health care providers enroll eligible families in publicly-sponsored programs. These programs may pay for some or all of their costs of health care, nutrition, child care, utilities, and other vital services.
The North Lawndale Employment Network, as a community based organization, is enabled to conduct quick 10 minute interviews, which assesses a client's eligibility for the program. This screening process in turn culminates a completed, ready to sign application which can then be mailed or faxed directly, which helps to speed up the enrollment process.
