Transitional Jobs

By partnering with us, we can help you access hiring incentives such as subsidized wages and the Work Opportunity Tax Credit (ranging from $1,400 to $9,000 per year).

Graduates of our U-Turn Permitted program are eligible for three months of subsidized, transitional employment at your business.Under this program, your business will be reimbursed for 100% of the transitional worker wages and employer payroll taxes, including Social Security, Medicare, SUTA (The State Unemployment Tax Act) and FUTE (The Federal Unemployment Tax Act).
