Stacey Woods is the Income Support Specialist at the North Lawndale Employment Network. Prior to this position, she worked as a Hotline Counselor for the Metropolitan Tenants Organization. Her duties included counseling tenants on their rights and community organizing. Additionally, she worked as a Student Tutor / Student Aide for Olive-Harvey College, which included assisting students with disabilities inside the classroom.
Currently, Stacey is pursuing a B.A. in Criminal Justice at the University of Phoenix. She is scheduled to graduate in December of 2010 and will hopefully go off to law school and eventually practice social justice.
