Pauline is currently working at the North Lawndale Employment Network as an Americorps employee. She is assigned to the income support portion of the Center for Working Families (CWF) program, which is a new approach to help low income families reach financial stability and move up the economic ladder.
Pauline's responsibilities include assisting needy families gain access to public benefits, such as food stamps, child care and more. She also assists clients in obtaining resources and benefits from other programs.
Pauline has a passion for helping others, which is what has brought her to the non-profit sector.
Pauline holds a B.A. in Criminal Justice from Governor State University in Illinois, and is currently working on her masters in Community Counseling.
