Felicia comes to NLEN with extensive knowledge and skills in the workforce development arena. She has worked over 9 years as part of the management team for Dynamic Educational Systems, Inc (DESI). Prior to DESI, Felicia worked for Pyramid Partnership, Inc. as a Case Manager for their Welfare to Work program.
Felicia obtained her Bachelor's degree from Robert Morris University in Business Administration and her Master's from Spertus Institute in Human Services Administration. She is currently pursuing her Doctoral degree in Human Services Administration from Capella University.
